By accessing and using SignalStack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SignalStack provides cryptocurrency trading signals and technical analysis via Telegram bot. Our signals are based on technical indicators including RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, and moving averages.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Free Trial: New Premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial
• Subscription Plans: Premium ($49/month) and VIP ($99/month) with monthly or quarterly billing
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe and CoinPayments
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds: Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 30 days of purchase

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the Service lawfully and responsibly
• Not share your account access with others
• Not attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral system
• Not reverse engineer or copy our signals for redistribution

5. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

• Referral abuse or fraud will result in account termination

• Commission payouts are subject to verification and approval

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the referral system
• Redistribute our signals without permission

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
